Product Designer with 10+ years of experience working on enterprise systems in high-ambiguity environments. I specialize in turning unclear problem spaces into structured product direction and delivering solutions that improve usability, adoption and efficiency.
At Jigx, I owned end-to-end design of a B2B platform for 6+ years - from discovery and research to delivery and validation. I worked directly with customers, shaped product direction and partnered with product and engineering to influence roadmap and execution.
Previously at Y Soft, I built and scaled a UX team from 0 → 8 designers and helped transition the organization from an engineering-driven to a user-centered product culture.
